Refund policy

This is a digital product. If there is a delivery problem, reply to your Stripe receipt and the file will be resent to the checkout email.

Refund window

Refund requests are reviewed case by case within 7 days of purchase. A refund is appropriate when the product was not delivered, cannot be accessed after reasonable support, or was materially misrepresented on the sales page.

After delivery

Because the Manual is a downloadable digital file, refunds are not guaranteed after delivery. If something is wrong, ask anyway and include the checkout email plus a short description of the issue.

Updates

Updates to this launch edition are delivered through the same purchase record. A delivery issue with an update is treated as a support issue first, not an automatic refund.
