This site collects only the information needed to sell, deliver, and support the Prompt Operations Manual.

What is collected

Stripe may collect your name, email address, payment details, billing details, and payment status. This site uses the checkout email to deliver the digital product and support future updates.

Payment details

Card details are processed by Stripe. They are not stored on this site or in the Manual delivery files.

How purchase records are used

Purchase records are used for fulfillment, customer support, update access, tax/accounting records, and fraud prevention. They are not sold.

Manual delivery

While fulfillment is manual, the product is sent to the email address used at checkout. If you need help with delivery, reply to your Stripe receipt.

Your choices

You can request help with access, corrections to delivery information, or deletion of non-required support records by replying to your receipt. Some purchase records may need to be retained for accounting, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.
